Adding trailer air brakes to a dump truck

We've created this kit for people with air brake dump trucks that aren't already set up to pull air brake trailers. Your truck should have a PP-1 style dash valve in order to use this kit. You can tell if you have a PP-1 dash valve by the large chrome nut that holds it in the dash and the pin that holds the button onto the shaft. You need a different kit if you have a PP-DC style dash valve where the button is threaded onto the valve. See the MV3TPKIT below for that kit.

We included gladhands that can be bolted to the hitch plate on the rear of a dump truck. They will swing against the plate when not in use, so they'll be out of the way when you're dumping a load. These gladhands also seal themselves off when they swing closed to prevent contaminants from entering the air lines.
