Update

Illinois Governor J.B. Pritzker has issued a Stay-at-Home order for all non-essential workers in the state.

In support of the nation's transportation industry, we will continue working our normal hours. Freight and package carriers are also essential to the nation, and our primary shipping partner, FedEx, sent a clarification on their role during this crisis:

"We have been and will continue to operate to and from impacted areas as local conditions and restrictions allow."

Some of you may not be able to receive packages at your normal business address. If this applies to you, the FedEx Hold at Location option is available at over 14,000 locations including FedEx Office and Walgreens locations. Please contact us to determine your best delivery options, if necessary.

To our customers:

We've had some inquiries, so we thought we should address concerns about the coronavirus.

First, and foremost, none of our staff has been exposed to the coronavirus. There are currently no confirmed cases of the virus in our local area, and we are continuing to monitor this daily.

Second, we are working our normal hours and shipping orders on time. We haven't experienced any delivery delays attributable to the coronavirus, and our shipping partners have assured us that they are doing everything possible to maintain the level of service you are used to receiving.

We will continue to urge all team members to practice good hygiene and to stay home if they are feeling sick or anyone in their household is feeling sick. We'll also be following the latest reports and guidance from our government officials, and will post new updates here as necessary.
